In 2010, I find it thoroughly shocking and even frightening that an American Supreme Court justice would say or believe this. I guess women don't have "inalienable rights," according to him. No equal protection under the. Law unless legislatures VOTE for it? The way OUR legislatures function, that will never happen. No Equal Rights Amendment has been passed. What does that tell you?
