Photo of the Day - Sweet Gum leaves



I like photographing groupings of leaves. It amazes me all the different shades of green, and other colors, that leaves have.

I agree. I have great joy of getting flower close-up pictures too. Sometimes you can get some really incredible shades and some amazing contrasts with the background. I actually have a few pictures of the flower of pitcher plants. The picture was taken from the ground up, so you get beautiful flower with some deep purple colors toward the blue sky as a background.
Don't get to take pictures much anymore. Just don't have time. I just use a little compact digital camera, but you can get some really nice pictures out of that.
